Tiny Morel Mushroom Necklace

My sister and mother used to gather morels each spring in my parents’ yard and the woods around the house. These are my little memorial to the hundreds of delicious mushrooms we fried and ate over the years. Copper and silver, each individual pendant is sawn, assembled, and finished by hand, then sealed to slow down the patina that invariably develops on copper and silver.

Each pendant is about 1 inch (2.5 cm) long and comes on a dainty 18” ( 45 cm) sterling chain.
